and municipal
services for the communal village, Yodfat: agriculture, industry
and tourism. This
activity included the provision of external planning and consulting

1980-1985: City of Haifa Planning Department : project leader
of a planning team
responsible for several major urban revitalization projects.

pilot and demonstration projects dealing with urbanization,
